Dear Pride Ortho Members,

We are excited to initiate our formal mentoring program! It will include both one-on-one as well as group mentoring opportunities. Our goal is to pair mentors with mentees for a year-long formal mentoring relationship, with the understanding that some of these relationships may extend beyond the single year. In order for us to pair people appropriately, we ask that you complete either the mentee or mentor application (or both) depending on your goals, skills, and abilities.

See below the curated list of suggested books and papers that could be included in your program with your mentor/mentee.

Sincerely,
